We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.
How to request a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refunds are processed by Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or contact us at support@orthoaleph.com and we will help you.
Subscriptions and renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel future renewals at any time from your account settings or through the Paddle customer portal. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period.
